these terms apply when you use this store or buy a setup from Streur Beheer BV, trading as ecombots ("we", "us"). by placing an order you agree to them.

1. what you buy

ecombots sells ready-made grok bot setups: digital files such as skills, guides and templates. a setup is not a platform, not a tool and not a software service. we don't host or run anything for you. you install the setup in your own grok bot.

2. what you need

to use a setup you need your own grok bot account and your own accounts for the tools the setup uses, like klaviyo, figma, google workspace, slack and shopify. those services are provided by their own companies, under their own terms and prices. any costs for them are yours and are paid to them, not to us.

3. license

when you buy a setup, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and adapt the files for your own business. you may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the files, in whole or in part, or offer them as part of a paid service to others, without our written permission.

4. prices and payment

prices are shown in the store and at checkout, including or excluding tax as shown there. a setup is a one-time purchase. there is no subscription to us. payment is handled at checkout by shopify and our payment providers.

5. delivery

setups are delivered digitally. after payment you get a download link on your order page and by email. see our shipping policy.

6. 30-day money-back guarantee

if a setup isn't right for your store, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order date. see our refund policy.

7. your responsibility

you stay in control of your own accounts, campaigns and customer communication. the setups are designed so that bots don't approve, schedule or send anything without your approval, and you are responsible for checking what you approve, including designs, copy, discounts and compliance with email and privacy laws. results we share, such as numbers from happyflops, are examples from our own business and are not a promise of your results.

8. intellectual property

the setups, guides, templates, texts and designs on this store belong to us or our licensors. buying a setup does not transfer ownership.

9. liability

we provide the setups as they are. to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue or lost data, or for the behaviour of third-party services, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the setup. nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

10. changes

we may update these terms. the version at the time of your order applies to that order.

11. governing law

these terms are governed by dutch law. disputes go to the competent court in the netherlands. if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
