all ecombots setups are digital products. if a setup isn't right for your store, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

how to ask for a refund

1. email support@ecombots.ai within 30 days of your order date.
2. add your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
3. tell us briefly why it didn't work for you. this is optional, but it helps us improve.

we process approved refunds within 14 days. the money goes back to your original payment method. how long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card provider.

after 30 days

after 30 days from your order date we can't offer refunds, except where the law requires it.

this guarantee comes on top of any rights you have under the law where you live. it doesn't limit them.
