this privacy policy explains how Streur Beheer BV, trading as ecombots ("we", "us"), collects and uses your personal data when you visit our store or buy from us.
who is responsible

what we collect
- contact details: your name and email address.
- order details: what you bought, when, the price and your billing country. payments are handled by shopify and our payment providers. we don't see or store your full card details.
- messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email.
- device and usage data: like your ip address, browser and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- newsletter: your email address, if you sign up to hear about new setups.
why we use it
- to process your order and deliver your download (needed to perform our contract with you).
- to help you, handle refunds and answer questions (contract and our legitimate interest).
- to send you emails about new setups, only if you signed up. you can unsubscribe at any time (consent).
- to keep the store secure and improve it (legitimate interest).
- to meet legal duties like tax and bookkeeping (legal obligation).
who we share it with
we share data only with services that help us run the store, like shopify (our store platform), our payment providers, our email provider and analytics tools. they can only use your data to provide their service to us. we don't sell your personal data.
international transfers
some of these services may process data outside the european economic area. where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the european commission's standard contractual clauses.
how long we keep it
we keep order data as long as tax and bookkeeping law requires. we keep other data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.

our store is not meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

we may update this policy. the date at the top shows when it last changed.
